Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Time & Cost
We currently ship within the United States only. All orders ship for free, with an estimated delivery time of 3 to 8 business days from the date of shipment.

Please note that processing time and shipping time are different: processing happens before your order ships, and shipping time begins once it's on its way.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Delays
While we do our best to meet these timeframes, delays can occasionally happen due to high demand, weather, or carrier issues beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated if anything changes with your order.
